- Automated follow-up email drip sequence (via AI Agents) in the roadmap.

Rest of the capabilities you listed, would probably suggest Close or FreshSales for that level of complexity.

Q: linkedin inbox feature not exist

You wrote "Record every interaction including emails, meetings, and LinkedIn messages"

I bought this deal but sadly it seem to be a lie. I even wrote the support and told me this feature wont exist and I can't find it in their solution

So why did you write that ?

And when outlook 2021 will be available?

A: Hi there, I'm sorry you felt like the copies were misleading.

The deal does say the AI agents help with meeting notes and emails.

System does allow you to log linkedin messages and we are releasing the linkedin extension to log DMs easier as well.

Just to be clear - there is no official API available from Linkedin to access your DMs. All solutions in the market are currently in violation of Linkedin's community & privacy guidelines. They recently started taking legal actions for the companies leveraging headless browsers (e.g. Proxycurl) and there is a risk on your Linkedin account when this method is used.

Good example will be Reddit (they shadow ban you when they detect this).

This was already in consideration when I wrote the copies 2 months ago. And thats why copy does not mention "Automatic recording" of linkedin messages. I hope this clarifies.

Q: Analyse email from seat accounts or only from 'sales email' ?

Hello,

I am trying to get my head around some features. In particular, does it process emails from personal email accounts of each user ('seats') or only those incoming emails arriving on the 'sales email' ?

Also does it process linkedin message from each user (seats) or otherwise from which Linkedin messages ?

A: Hi -

The system only processes emails from the inbox that is connected - which are called sales email in our terms because we are a CRM.

For your second question - we are not connected to Linkedin, so we do not process linkedin messages.
